Carter loved Legos and Superheros. Carter touched many lives in such a short period of time. Carter always had a smile on his face no matter what was bothering him. He thought of others before he thought of himself.
Carter is survived by his father, Joey Brown, his mother, Michelle Brown, and his older brother, Joseph Brown.
