She is preceded in death by her husband, Ray McDaniel; daughter, Stephanie Howell; brother, D.A. Carr, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Candace Slay; brothers, Henry Carr and Dale Carr; grandson, Zack Howell; granddaughter, Bailee Howell; cousins, Sandy Mayfield Searcy and Tracey Yeates Graves; son-in-law, David Howell; many beloved friends and a thanks for the laughs from Brande Weathersby. She is also survived by her beloved cat, Kit Kat.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 from 1:30 to 2:30 pm at Lakewood Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 2:30 pm at Lakewood Funeral Home with graveside to follow at Lakewood South Memorial Park.
