He was born on May 14, 1962 in Jackson, MS. Guy graduated from Callaway High School in 1980. For the better part of his working life, he worked in the produce and meat department at Kroger.
He is preceded in death by his father, Guy Bailey Jr.; his sister, Lisa Bailey Strauss; and his brother, William Scott Bailey.
Guy is survived by his mother, Pauline Bailey; and his brother, Steven Wilson Bailey.
Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at Broadmoor Baptist Church, 1531 Highland Colony Parkway, Madison, MS 39110 on Friday, October 13 at 3:00 pm. Visitation with the family will begin at 2:00 pm.
Interment to follow at Lakewood Memorial Park, 6000 Clinton Blvd, Jackson, MS 39209.
