James Fuller Callahan

James Fuller Callahan, 22, died in an automobile accident on Monday September 17, 2012. He was born February 11, 190 in Jackson and grew up in Laurel. Funeral services will be 11:00am Thursday September 20, 2012 at Memory Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel preceded by visitation from 9-11am. Burial will follow in Lake Park Cemetery.

James graduated with honors from Northwest Rankin High School in 2009 after attending Jones Junior High School and French Camp Academy. At 16, he began working at Pan Asia later becoming Sushi Chef. He then took his skills to Viceroy Resort in Snowmass, Colorado where he managed the Sushi Bar. He returned home in May 2012 and was pursuing a degree in biomedical engineering.

James was preceded in death by his father, Lee Callahan, his grandparents, Margaret and James Fuller, Frances and C.C. Callahan, and aunt Janie Fuller Harris. He is survived by his mother Sarah Fuller Callahan, sister, Maggie, and twin brother, Sam; aunt Diane Fuller Seal ( Gerald), uncles Jim Fuller(Suzy) and Lee Fuller, Jimmy Callahan (Brigitte) and Larry Callahan (Mary Carol), and numerous other family members.
