Mr. Jesse Glynn Hamil

Jesse Glynn Hamil, 81, passed away on November 9, 2018 after a long illness. He was a long time member of Van Winkle Baptist Church, a masonic mason and worked in retail grocery. He was preceded in death by his parents, Duffie and Catherine Hamil; brother, Jack Hamil and granddaughter, Julie. He is survived by his wife, Betty and daughters, Becky Lynn Ponthieux (Chuck), Kerri Nail (Steve) and Jessica Burgess (Trey); eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 12, 2018 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 am at Lakewood Funeral Home.
