The Lord blessed our lives on November 3rd 2006 with the Birth of Joseph. He was the youngest of 7 children and was such an exceptionally sweet and handsome young man. Several weeks after birth, Joseph developed the sudden symptoms of S.M.A. Given the severity of his diagnosis he was not expected to live past 3 months. There was no question that God had a special plan for Joseph. Time after time God provided and protected him and used his physical challenges to be a source of encouragement to those surrounding him. While Joseph was hindered physically, his spiritual and mental cognitive ability was far beyond his age. God blessed him with the ability to communicate with his family and friends and it was such a blessing to experience the incredible personality he had been gifted. Joseph loved animals especially his 3 dogs, outdoor adventures with his brothers and sisters, being held , and anything else his family did. Most importantly Joseph loved the Lord and daily reminded others of Gods grace through his gentle ways and kind heart. At the age of 15 on February 13th 2022 The Lord saw fit to bring Joseph home and reward him for his faithful job well done. While he is missed terribly, we rest assured knowing he is in the presence of God fully healed and awaiting the day we are reunited once again.
