Joyce Boone, 79, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Hospice Ministries. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 27, 2014from 5-8 PM at Lakewood Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Tuesday at 11:00 AM in the Lakewood Memorial Funeral Chapel with visitation one hour prior. Interment to follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Boone is preceded in death by her husband, James Boone and daughter, Karen Boone.
She is survived by her son, Joey Boone; brothers, Jerry Puckett (Anna) and Wilbur Puckett; niece, Julie; and great nephew, Peyton.
Mrs. Boone’s family would like to thank the staff at Hospice Ministries and caregivers, Evelyn Mendez and Brenda Andrews for their compassion and care.
