Lorine Estelle Holly

Lorine Estelle Holly passed away Thursday, April 30, 2015 at the age of 94. Lorine was born on February 9, 1921 to the late Clarence Joiner and Inez Chatham Joiner. She attended Sunday School at Woodville Heights Baptist Church for many years and was known for her sweet gentle spirit. Lorine enjoyed working in the yard, fishing, golf, square dancing, and cooking. She was also an excellent seamstress and was very devoted to her family. Lorine is survived by sons, Melvin Nowell Holly, W. Whit Holly and Steve A. Holly (Carol); daughters, Sally M. Holly and Helen Holly Coughlin (Jim); two sisters; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin L. Holly "Big Daddy." Visitation will be held on Monday, May 4, 2015 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Lakewood Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Monday, May 4, 2015 at 11:00 am at Lakewood Funeral Home with interment to follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.
