Louise T. Curtis, 85, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2016 at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She was born on February 27, 1931 in Ruth, MS. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 6 at Lakewood Funeral Home from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral Services will be held Monday, March 7 in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. with visitation beginning one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Lakewood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Curtis enjoyed gardening, fishing, and sewing. She loved her family, friends, and the Lord.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Chelsie Ray Curtis; son, Chelsie Wayne Curtis; her parents; and sister, Janet Bell.
Survivors include her sons, Danny L Curtis and Ricky C. Curtis; daughter, Kathy Curtis Gordon (Dale); her grandchildren, Jeannie Kilgore, Chelsea Wilder, and Curtis Wilder; her great-grandchildren, Wayne, Lilly, Waylon, Hudson, Kendall, and Whitney; two sisters, Carolyn Orrick and Dorothy Neil.
