Mrs. Mary Agnes Pickett, 83, went to be with her Lord on May 18, 2011 at Regency Hospital in Jackson. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 AM Saturday, May 21, 2011 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Chapel , 5235 Robinson Road Jackson, MS with interment in Lakewood Memorial Park. Visitation will be Saturday from 10 – 11 AM.
Mrs. Pickett was a member of Forest Hill United Methodist Church and was a former member of Epworth United Methodist Church where she had been active in various church activities including serving as a Sunday School Teacher for over 25 years.
She is survived by her husband, Dayton (Tony/ Joe) Pickett of Jackson; sons, Jerry Pickett (Susie) of Houston, TX, Timothy Pickett of Jackson and Paul Pickett of Huntsville, AL; daughters, Wanda Wilson (Roy) of Pearl, Joan O’Kelley (Mike) of Hoschton, GA, Bobbie Dent (Jim) of Florence and Joy Squires (Dave) of Coco, FL; sister, Gail Amonett of Pascagoula; 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
