Stephen was born January 15th, 1960 to Joycelyn Sullivan Trotter. He had a career in the welding industry. On January 15th,1983 he married Cynthia Diane Wooten. They raised 3 sons, Joseph, Tommy, and Mark. He was widowed April 1990.
Stephen had a passion for coaching baseball and building atvs, which was passed along to his sons.
Stephen was proceeded in death by his mother, Joycelyn and his wife Cynthia. He is survived by his sons Joseph, Tommy, and Mark as well as 4 grandchildren.
