He was a self employed mechanic who loved being behind the wheel or under the hood, especially when it involved "fast" vehicles. He also enjoyed and appreciated experiencing many parts of the country . He had 2 sons during his more than 25 year marriage to Barbara Ann Frazer.
He was preceded in death by his father, Talbert James Frazer, Sr and his mother "Bernice" Overstreet Harrell, and his son, Talbert James Frazer, III. He is survived by his son, Charles Timothy Frazer and wife Vivian, grandsons, Chase and Timothy , his sisters Dawn Yount, Sherry Davis and husband Bob, and Tanya Helms and husband Doug, and many nieces and nephews.
