Woodie A. Mitchell, Jr. 49, of Clinton, MS, passed away peacefully at his home October 13, 2018, at 9:30 PM. He is survived by his father, Woodie A. Mitchell, Sr., and step mother, Pamela Hawkins Mitchell of Clinton, MS, and paternal grandmother, Nell Mitchell Doughty of Lafayette, LA. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lynda Turner Mitchell of Jackson, MS, maternal grandparents, R.Q. Turner and Margaret Turner of Liberty, MS, and paternal grandfather, James Robert Mitchell of Jackson, MS. Visitation will be at Lakewood Memorial on Clinton Blvd, Wednesday, October 17, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Thursday October 18, at 12:30 pm with service following at 1:00 PM.
