Bobby Smith Austin

Bobby was born on April 19, 1930 in Corinth, MS to the late E.B. and Grace Smith Austin. He was an Accountant at Bendix Corporation. He was an active member of Malesus Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Mary Katherine (Katie) Austin; one son, Gary Austin (Carolann); two grandchildren, Christina Austin and Gary Austin, Jr. (Meredith), and one great grandchild, Robert Gary Austin, III.

The family will receive friends and loved ones at a visitation to be held on Friday, April 13, 2018 from 9-11 a.m. at Malesus Baptist Church, 448 Old Malesus Rd., Jackson, TN.

The funeral service is to be conducted on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Malesus Baptist Church with Bro. Mark Cagle officiating. Interment will follow in Hollywood Cemetery with Military Honors rendered by the U.S. Army.
