Bridget Dawn Curlin Callis

Bridget was born on November 24, 1972 in Selmer, TN, the daughter of Larry and Sandra Plunk Curlin. She was a 1991 graduate of South Side High School and worked in the medical field.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Aubrey and Ruby Plunk, and Connie and Amy Curlin; and her lifelong best friend, Cindy Hopper Siler.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Tommy Callis; her children, Brian Callis, Brendan Callis (Breanna), and Mollie Callis (Ben); three grandchildren, Jaxxon Callis, Maebell Callis, and arriving in August, Emberly Skye Williams. She is also survived by her parents, Larry and Sandra Curlin; brother, Brandon Curlin (Jennifer); sisters, Bobbie Ford (Jeff) and Becky Coleman (Brian); as well as her father and mother-in-law, Freddie and Carolyn Callis; and sister in law, Leslie Matlock. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Active pallbearers to serve will be Sam Ford, Tucker Curlin, Jakob Coleman, Logan Coleman, Charlie Ford, and Mason Coleman.

Visitation with friends and loved ones will be held on Monday, April 5, 2021 from 5-8 p.m. at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.

The funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons with Bro. Ray Pack and brother in law Jeff Ford officiating. Interment will follow in Crump Cemetery, Crump, TN.
