David R. Hinton, 72, formerly of Memphis, died Thursday, December 30, 2010, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Mr. Hinton was a veteran of United States Army, attended the University of Southern Mississippi and was a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Dr. Ben Hinton of Pineville, LA and his twin, Dr. Joseph Hinton of Richton, MS. He is survived by his wife, Abbie Hinton of Jackson, TN; two sons, Mr. Todd Hinton of Germantown, TN and Mr. Victor Hinton of Olive Branch, MS and three grandchildren, Lauren, Griffin and Amelia Hinton.
