Donald Dennis Wall

Donald D. Wall, 72, passed away Thursday, April 13, 2017 in Jackson, TN. He was born February 6, 1944 in Jackson, TN, the son of the late Lehman and Mary Taylor Wall. He had recently retired after a long career as a telecommunications business owner He was an avid golfer and hunter.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Holmes Wall of Jackson; a son, Bryan Wall (Marty) of Pleasant View, TN; a daughter, Kathy Wall Lewelling (Thomas) of Jackson, TN; three beloved grandchildren, Michael Wall (Heather) of Nashville, TN, Taylor Lewelling and Morgan Lewelling both of Jackson, TN; three sisters, Peggy Cooper (Claude) of Smyrna, TN, Faye McKee (Frank) of Hermitage, TN, and Sylvia Williams (Richard) of Franklin, TN; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Don was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jerry Wall of Jackson, TN.

Pallbearers to serve are Michael Wall, Dr. Bill Roberts, Johnny Marcom, Larry Manley, Joe Moore, Glen Fesmire, Jimmy Edwards, and Tony Bowers.

Services for Mr. Wall will be held at George Smith Funeral Home North Chapel in Jackson, TN on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends Friday, April 14, 2017 from 5:00pm-7:00pm and on Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 9:00am-10:30am.
