Libby passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. She is survived by her mother, Josephine and brother, Perry (Vickie) all of Jackson; as well as nieces Carrie Jordan (Trent) of Florence, Alabama, Katelyn (Katie) and Kendall Murphy of Jackson and nephew, John Thomas Murphy (Faith) of Auburn, Alabama. Libby was preceded in death by her father, John T. Murphy and brothers, Perry Houston Murphy and Dr. John T. Murphy.
