Funeral services for Eva Alexander, 91, will be held at 11 am on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at George A. Smith and Sons Funeral Home's North Chapel with burial following at Highland Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Alexander passed away on December 5, 2015 in Bradenton, FL. She was born on August 15, 1924 in Memphis, Tennessee, to Arthur and Mary Sisson Gibson.She was devoted wife and mother, who along with her husband, Skeeter Alexander, ran the family restaurant "Skeeter Restaurant" for many years in Jackson, TN. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Skeeter" Alexander. She is survived by her son, Kerry Alexander and his wife Carole; grandsons, Justin (Katie) Alexander and Jeremy (Carrie) Alexander; and great grandchildren, Caden Alexander, Ansley Alexander, Madelyn Alexander, and Gretchen Newton. A Visitation with the family will be held on Friday, December 11, 2015 from 5-8 pm in the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons Funeral Home.
