Breck was born on February 8, 1948 in Jackson to the late Dr. George Breckenridge Wyatt, Sr. and Margaret Fleming Giles Wyatt. He worked as an X-Ray Technician for several years and later worked for Proctor and Gamble.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Wyatt.
He is survived by his sister, Peggy Wyatt Engman (Ned) of St. Louis, MO and Janet Wyatt of Memphis, TN; and his niece and nephews, Thomas E. "Ted" Wyatt, Jr. and Margaret E. Wyatt (Jon).
