You were the best friend I ever had. We spent countless hours in the cockpits of many different airplanes and each time was a great experience--and a fond memory.

You taught me a lot about flying and as much or more about life. I often find myself wishing I could consult with you about things going on in my life and get your take on them.

I think of you often and for the rest of my life will enjoy telling people about you and all of our adventures. You will never be forgotten.

Don, I'm so very sorry for your loss. I've never lost a child, but I have lost a grandchild. Although I've never met Dale, Laura is my son-in-law's cousin. My thoughts and prayers are with you. God bless.

So sorry for your loss. Dale and I were classmates, and he was a trusted soul. He was a faithful friend, and a great guy. My heart is broken for you, but I will keep you in my prayers. Dear Tina, Diane and Austin, I am So So sorry for y'alls loss... my prayers are going out to each of you all through out each day of hearing the news. I know this is so so difficult for you guys, I don't pretend to even relate. I did not know Dale as many, I did not know Dale as my husband Martin did, but what I did come to know I loved. He was one of the most kindhearted, compassionate, sensitive and loving person I have ever met in my life back in 1996, besides my husband.  The few years we got to spend with him until we moved to NY in 1999, have been forever cherished., he became my friend during that time.   ...We tell many stories of the times with Dale to our children... Over the years there has been a lot of hit and misses in seeing Dale, usually we would run into him at Walmart South or Lowes... but it seemed God always put us in each others paths and each time we would stand for what seemed like minutes afterwards, but was actually  a very long time of talking with one another. I loved listening to Dale and Martin talk, it was always so refreshing and I loved hearing them reminisce from time to time.  Anyhow, I just wanted to share some.  Dale will NEVER be forgotten.  I am thankful for the time i knew him and will cherish our memories for ever and a day. Prayers for comfort and peace for a long time for you all.  If ever you need anything at all... ever, Martin and I are here for you guys. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

So extremely sorry to hear of Dale's passing.  He was a very good instructor during my instrument training.  Words fail me to tell of how sorry I am.  Prayers are with the family.  He will be deeply missed in the aviation industry.

Our family loved Dale Arnold! He taught our son to fly and went with us when we purchased our first plane! Our deepest sympathy to his son and all his family!

I have known Dale & Tina for years and this just really broke my heart to hear of his loss.  I have so many fond memories of Dale as I knew him from school & got the chance to reconnect with him.  My prayers are with his family during this very difficult time.  My heart goes out to Austin, Diane, Tina, Devin & Laura.  Prayers in the days ahead.  I'm here if you ever need anything.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Mama Diane, Tina, and the rest of the family. He will be dearly missed. He was and always will remain my Brother. We had tons of good times growing up and even for a couple of years after High School. Dale was the one who dropped me off at the MEPS in Memphis when I started my career in the Army back in 1992. We lost touch over the years but always found a way to reconnect on occasion. He will always remain in my heart and my thoughts. Sorry that I couldn't be there. We all know that he's up in Heaven flying high with the angels. I miss him and hope one day to reconnect up there in the clouds. RIP my Brother.
