Mr. Cisco was born on December 7, 1945. He grew up in the Bemis community. He was a graduate of South Side High School, Jackson State Community College, and Memphis State University.
Mr. Cisco was preceded in death by his parents James W. Cisco Sr., Mary Buckingham Cisco and a sister Sherry Lynn Cisco.
Mr. Cisco is survived by his children; William Brian Cisco, Amy Harrison (Glenn), a brother Mike Cisco (Glenda). Four Grandchildren; Brandon Cisco, Justin Cisco, Cayden Harrison and Chase Harrison.
Graveside Services will be conducted in the Mausoleum Chapel at Highland Memorial Gardens on Tuesday December 22, 2015 at 2:00 pm
