He was born on August 28, 1963 in Jackson, TN, the son of the late John Van den Bosch, Jr. and Elizabeth Cockrill Hazelwood. He was an A/V Specialist by trade and was very passionate about his work.
He is survived by his son, Noah Alexander Van den Bosch of Chicago, IL; his twin brother, Pete Van den Bosch; his brother John Van den Bosch, III, his sister Amy Van den Bosch Elkins; nieces Taylor Van den Bosch, Jenny Elkins and nephew Evan Burris.
In keeping with his wishes, his remains will be cremated and no services will be held.
