Randall Benton Pendergrast

Mr. Pendergrast was born Dec. 25, 1951 in Haywood County. He graduated from Haywood High in 1969. He lived and worked in Jackson, TN for 40 years.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years Georgia Pendergrast, of Jackson, TN. His son and daughter in law Ben and Jennifer Pendergrast of Clarksville, TN. Three grandchildren Andrew Pendergrast and Shelby Pendergrast of Clarksville, TN and Paige Pendergrast of Hernando, MS. He is also survived by two brothers and two sisters. Bobby Pendergrast of Olive Branch, MS and Johnny Pendergrast of Brownsville, TN. Joanne Jones of Alamo, TN and Camille Hadley of Henning, TN.

He is preceded in death by his parents Joe and Mary Nell Pendergrast, a son Jody Lee Pendergrast, a brother Larry Pendergrast, and a sister Sandra Pendergrast Bray.

Visitation will be Saturday Jan. 1, 2011 at George A. Smith and Sons South Chapel, in Jackson, TN from 5-8 PM. Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday Jan. 2, 2011 at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons Funeral Home at 2 PM. Burial will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery in Medon, TN.
