Robert Harris Woodson

He was born on January 17, 1938 in Milan, TN to the late Rubye and Bernard Woodson. He grew up in West TN, spending the majority of his life in Huntersville TN.

His wife, Linda Woodson, of 47 years, survives him. They were married on November 22, 1969 in Huntingdon, TN. He is survived by his sons Steve Woodson, Shane Woodson, and daughter Christy King. In addition, he is survived by his loving grandchildren, Steven Mullins (Caty), Rose Mullins, Colton King, and Austin King, along with great-grandson, Harrison Mullins. His brother, Lyle Woodson, preceded him in death.

Bobby worked as an Electrician at IBEW Local 835.

He was a member of The Men’s Sunday School Class at Ararat Baptist Church in Huntersville, TN. He was a faithful driver for the Children’s Bus Ministry.

Funeral Services for Bobby will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Ararat Baptist Church in Huntersville, TN. The visitation will be held from11-1 p.m. with services beginning at 1 p.m.
