Willie Faye Jackson

Mrs. Willie Faye Jackson, 79 of Jackson passed away on January 27, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday January 30, 2020 at 10:00 am in the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons with burial to follow in Highland Memorial Gardens. Dr. Bill Sims will officiate the service.

Mrs. Jackson was born on May 4, 1940 in Sweetlips, TN to the late Lonzo and Fannie Katherine Banks. She was a supervisor at Tabuchi Electric Company and a member of the First Baptist Church in Bemis for many years. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years Bill Jackson, 2 Sons; William "Eric" Jackson (Venida), Mickey Lee Jackson (Denise) and "Mamaw" to 3 grandchildren; Olivia Jackson, Brett Jackson (Ashlynn), Chance Jackson, and 4 great grandchildren; Connor, Kinlee, Katie, and Lea Lea Jackson. She also leaves behind 1 brother; Roy Banks (June).

Other than her parents she was also preceded in death by 2 sisters; Mary Lee Banks Flatt, Dorothy Marie Banks Arp and 3 brothers; Woody Banks, J.R. Banks, and Larry Banks.

Pallbearers to serve are; Jimmy Roe, Jeremy Roe, Steve Chipman, Kenneth Wade, Pete Nanney, Dan Paschall, Wendell Guthrie and Bobby Guthrie.

The family will receive friends at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons on Wednesday January 29, 2020 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
