Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 11 a.m., in the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons, with burial to follow in Rosehill Cemetery.
Jean was born on October 14, 1935 in Gibson County to the late Jake and Opal Neisler Test. She enjoyed flowers, and gardening, but most of all her family. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Humboldt.
Jean is survived by 4 sons, Bryon Denton, Randy Denton, Andrew Denton, all of Humboldt and Lynn Denton (Jeanette) of Threeway; 2 sisters, Betty Totty and Modene Vailes, both of Humboldt; 5 grandchildren, Brady, Blake, Conley, Hannah and Kayla.
Other than her parents, Ms. Denton was also preceded in death by 1 son, Kevin Denton.
A visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday, in the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons, from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.
