He was a graduate of Monroe High School Class of 1954, Preble County, Ohio. Alfred retired in 2006 from Petroleum Containment Inc. of Jacksonville, FL and was a member of Creekside Christian Church, Saint Johns, FL.
He worked for J.M. Hutton & Co. Inc. in Richmond, Indiana and Universal Casket Company in Centerville, Indiana.
Alfred is preceded in death by his parents, Ross and Susie (Deaton) Fisher, and his brother, Dale M. Fisher.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Barbara J. Fisher; two daughters, Sherry Lifka (David) and Sharon Lifka (Chris); sister, Naomi Padgett of Greenville, OH; brother, Charles Fisher of Eaton, OH; four grandchildren, Natalie, Andrew, Christy, and Katie.
The Visitation will be 9am -11am on Saturday, August 21st in Creekside Christian Church, 92 Lifespring Way, Saint Johns, with the Funeral Service to follow at 11am with Senior Pastor Chuck Peterman as Officiant. Interment will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery.
