

Alice Belote Fielding, daughter of Irvin C. Belote and Zettie M. Morgan, passed away peacefully on June 12th, 2025, at the age of 87. After graduating from Andrew Jackson High School in 1956, she received her Masters in Degree in Economics from Louisiana State University. She then had a career as an Independent Insurance Agent and co-owner and CEO of Heston Fielding & Associates. Throughout her career she accomplished much, including being a past FAIA chairman of the board as well as the first woman President of the CPCU. Alice enjoyed working with customers and colleagues in her profession for over 40 years, when she retired at age 82. Throughout her life she was a golf enthusiast, enjoyed going to the movies and spending time with her family. She is survived by her son Michael Nelson Fielding, Daughter-In-Law Donna Watson Fielding, Granddaughter Allison Fielding Cook(Evan Cook), brother Harold Belote (Julie Belote), nephew Chip Belote(Lori) and niece Michelle Wigelsworth(Kyle), and several cousins
A visitation for Alice will be held Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Chapel, 4801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207. A funeral service will occur Friday, June 20, 2025 at 1:00 PM, 4801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207. A committal service will occur at Evergreen Cemetery, 4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206.
