

On June 13, 1980, Larry married the love of his life, Donna Eden, with whom he shared many wonderful years. Together they built a strong and loving family.
Larry was a proud graduate of Aquinas High School in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and continued his education with skilled trades studies at Henry Ford Community College in Dearborn, Michigan. He dedicated 37 years of his career as a millwright with Ford Motor Company, where he was known for his hard work and craftsmanship.
Outside of work, Larry had a passion for classic cars and was an avid diecast car collector. He also enjoyed crossword puzzles and was known for his sharp mind and love of a good challenge.
Larry was a devoted member of the Knights of Columbus (3rd Degree), Council #12664, and was affiliated with San Juan del Rio Catholic Church.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Donna Eden; his sons, Todd (Jonnell) Eden, Michael (Cyndi) Eden, Dion (Dawn) Eden, and Marc (Wendy) Eden; and his cherished grandchildren, Julie Vasquez, Travis (Michelle) Eden, Kenney Agosto, Kristen (Tyler) Green, Courtney (Chance) Peirce, Blake (Caitlin) Eden, Robert (Melissa) Eden, Marie Eden, Nicholas Eden, and Marcus Eden. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren, River Eden, Adalae Green, Rhys Green, Sage Peirce, Jade Peirce, Leelind Eden, and Matthew Eden.
Larry is further survived by four brothers-in-law, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Laurence and Marlys Eden, and his sister, Janet Markwell.
The family would like to extend special thanks to Marina and staff with Community Hospice, as well as Westminster Woods on Julington Creek, for their compassionate care and support.
Larry will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his strong work ethic, and the joy he found in life’s simple pleasures. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A funeral mass will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 12:00PM at San Juan del Rio Catholic Church, 1718 State Road 13, St. Johns, FL 32259.
