Barbara was a Jacksonville native, attended Wolfson High School, and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Barbara is predeceased be her parents, John Lafayette Carroll, and Ruby E. Parrish, also her brothers, Benny Carroll, and Lafay “Gene” Eugene Carroll.
She is survived by her brother, Michael Carroll, sister, Catherine Carroll, daughter Angela Casini and son Dennis “Adrian” Davis.
Barbara can be remembered by her many creative talents, such as painting, decorating, and gardening. She loved animals and rescuing the neighborhood cats. She enjoyed going to country music festivals and traveling with family. Along the way whether North Carolina, Vermont, or the beaches, she would collect river rocks, shark’s teeth, and shells.
Barbara was a devoted grandmother to Olivia Nolan and Zayden Davis.
