DUGAN - Beatrice Elizabeth Dugan, 89, passed away August 25,2015. Her surviving family includes a daughter, Judy (Mark) Edwards, 2 grandchildren, Nicholas and Jacob, 2 great granddaughters and a sister, Julia Knight.
