Beth Ann Stultz Greenwood

Mrs. Beth Ann Greenwood passed away Saturday March 4th, 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born May 27th, 1949 in Owensburg, Indiana the daughter of Bill and Gwen Stultz. She was married to Tom Greenwood on April 6, 1967 in Martinsville, Indiana and moved to Jacksonville, Florida. Tom preceded her in death February 12th, 2007. Beth Ann began her career in property management working across the United States with Life Investors for over 15 years. She recognized the need to stay close to family and friends in Jacksonville, and with $250.00, an entrepreneurial spirit and her business partner Francis Lee they began Leasing Jacksonville. Through the years the company grew into Corporate Suite Shoppe. Beth Ann maintained her role as one of Jacksonville’s Top Women owned businesses. She was proud of this accomplishment but more so of the legacy she compassionately created by giving and employing women, minorities, and the less fortunate for 32 years. Beth Ann was also a devoted parishioner of San Juan Del Rio Catholic Church. Beth Ann was a testament to a faithful parishioner. Her contributions will forever be Gods work through her hands on Earth. Beth Ann is survived by her daughter Shawn Tiffany Davis and her husband Bryan Davis, their two children; Parker Davis and Grant Davis and her longtime companion; Gary Swan and their 3 Golden doodles. Beth Ann’s family and friends will remember her for her larger than life personality, her ability to challenge and love you at the same time. She was a friend, mentor, a mother to many, a kick in the behind when you needed it most, and above all, she lived her life teaching those who knew her that you should work hard, give often, and stay kind. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am on Thursday, March 9 in San Juan Del Rio Catholic Church 1718 FL-13 Saint Johns, FL 32259 with Fr. John Tetlow as Celebrant.
