Robert "Bob" William Colyer, 70, of St. Johns, FL passed away on May 15, 2011. Bob was born in Detroit, Michigan to Barbara Lee Wilkinson and Sidney Allen Colyer. Bob relocated to St. Johns in 1992 from Baltimore, MD. During his lifetime, Bob proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 40 years, Dolores Mary Colyer; stepfather, Joseph E. Smith; sons, Robert William Colyer Jr., Scott Allen Colyer, Patrick Joseph Colyer; daughter, Dora Lee Todd; brothers, Bud (Marie) Colyer, Stuart (Arlene) Colyer, Ron (Carol) Colyer, John Colyer; sisters, Harriet (Jerry) Sidock; grandchildren, Terri Biesbrock, Ami Todd, Jodi Todd; great-grandchildren, Jason Nyboer.
Bob is predeceased by his parents and sister-in-law, Sherie.
The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 19th with visitation an hour prior. Interment will follow in Jacksonville National Cemetery.
