Carol Brasington Chamblin, born on July 28, 1942, passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 83.
A visitation will be held at Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Chapel, located at 4801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207, on October 25, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
The funeral service will follow at the same location, commencing at 11:00 am on October 25, 2025. Services will be located at the Legacy Lodge of Oaklawn.
A committal service will also take place on October 25, 2025, at Oaklawn Cemetery.
