Carol J. Sullivan

Carol J. Sullivan, 81, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, Friday, September 9, 2011. Carol was born in Boston Massachusetts. She was a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church for 51 years. Mrs. Sullivan is survived by her husband of 61 years, George W. Sullivan; two sisters Elizabeth Crawley and Patricia DiPietro; brother Karl Fahlbusch; four children; Beverly Sullivan, Jane Booker, Georgia Bedard, and George W. Sullivan II; six grandchildren; Ronnie, Jimmy, Kristy, George, Tiffany, and Nicole; and many other family members and friends. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 pm, Tuesday, September 13th at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 5753 Blanding Blvd., Jacksonville, FL. A memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 am, September 14th at St. Matthew's Catholic Church, 1773 Blanding Blvd. Jacksonville, FL.
