Corda Louise Gilbert

Corda was a loving Mother to her only daughter Sarah Gilbert as well to her faithful canine companion “Charlie”, A caring sister to her six siblings: John Flink, Charles Flink, Brewer Flink, Mary Carter, Rosie Miller and Julie Flink. A devoted aunt to Lorraine Ridenour, Mistie Starr, Amanda Tyre, Brandie Tyre, Melissa Miller, Robert Miller, Frisco Barnett, Joe ”Bubba” Barnett Travis Barnett and Josh Reitmier..

Corda had a heart of gold and was willing to help anyone! She loved to laugh and passed her time by gardening, socializing with friends and family, eating good food (man she loved her baked potatoes) and pampering herself with Sarah.

She is survived by her daughter Sarah Gilbert, brothers: John Flink, and Brewer Flink, Sisters: Rosie Miller and Julie Flink as well as several nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her Mother Myrtle McAdams, Father Charles Flink Sr, Brother Charles Flink Jr and sister Mary Carter.

All who knew her loved her. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts. There will be a viewing on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 10:00 am followed by the service at 11:00 am with the graveside at Chapel Hills Memory Gardens, 850 St. John's Bluff Road N.
