Dale L. Jenkins passed away December 6, 2016. Dale was born in East Cleveland, OH to the late Dale and Joyce Jenkins. He happily graduated from Englewood High School, class of 1962. After graduation, Dale proudly served our country in the US Navy and survived a hurricane at sea. He faithfully served the areas of Green Cove Springs, Penny Farms, and Lake Asbury during his 30 year career with United Parcel Service, a position that took two people to fill upon his retirement.
Dale is remembered by brother, “Bud”, Dr. Larry Gilstrap of Dallas, TX; “Sis” Shirley Reeves of Jacksonville, FL; “Geezer” Friends, Margaret and David Strickland of Melbourne, FL; and his Forever Sweetheart, Marcy. Dale was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Private funeral services will be held at a later date.
