LATHAMDavid Lee Latham, 53, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2008. Mr. Latham was a native and lifelong resident of Jacksonville and retired veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was preceded in death by his father, David A. Latham. Survivors include his mother, Shirley J. Latham; three children, Jimmy Latham (Racheal), Kimberly N. Evans (Jeff), and Cera M. Latham (her fiancé Branden Powell); the mother of his children, Diane Bond; one sister, Deloris Mooney (Ed); five grandchildren, Jamie, Martina, Haley, David and Logan; other loving family and dear friends. The family will receive friends beginning at 12:00 pm Monday, October 6, in the chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 1426 Rowe Avenue, with the funeral service starting at 1:00 pm. Rev. Kevin Baker will officiate the service.
