

During World War II, she worked in a munitions factory in Belfast in support of the war effort and was known as a "bullet girl".
She immigrated to the United States in 1949 with her sister, May. She met Thomas Dean McCluskey at a dance in Kearny, New Jersey and was later married in 1950.
Elenore is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Dean and her son, Brian.
She is survived by her sons, Norman (Cheryl), Terrance and Paul (Vickie), and Janet McCluskey.
She has five grandchildren, Maureen, Matthew, Michael, Kasey and Courtney. She was also blessed with eight great grandchildren.
She is survived by her sister, Maureen in Northern Ireland and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews throughout the United Kingdom.
Elenore was a kind and gracious lady who loved life and always had a smile for everyone. She brought joy to her family, friends, and coworkers. Her positive attitude and joy was contagious.
She retired to Florida in 1986 and wanted to stay active so she had a second career at the Mandarin Walmart for 23 years. She loved working there and all the people she came in contact with.
She had a zest for life and she loved the Lord Jesus and served God her whole life. She always wanted to live to be 100 to get a Happy Birthday call from the Queen of England. Instead, she got a call from the King of Kings, Jesus at 98 and is now rejoicing in heaven!
