BAILEY- Frances Jean Bailey, 82, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2008 following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Bailey was a native of Shaunavon, Saskatchewan, Canada and had served in the Canadian Army. She moved to Washington, D.C. and was employed at the British Embassy. She married and moved to Jacksonville, Florida. In her retirement she was a Memorial Hospital Volunteer for 15 years. Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Lonney Bailey. She is survived by her daughters, Beverly B. (Dean) Fiandaca and Carol A. (Michael) Kelly; 2 sisters, Ethel Kripki and Freda Lidfors; 1 brother, Gordon Ellingson of Canada; 2 grandchildren, Kenny D. Halterman and Alissa D. Fiandaca; and many loving relatives and friends. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 30, in Dinsmore Cemetery, with Senior Pastor Howard C. Goodwin, of Terry Parker Baptist Church, officiating. The family will receive loving friends and relatives from 4 to 7 PM Tuesday, July 29, at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd.
