Frances Crews Siemann

Frances (Crews) Siemann, age 87, went to be with her husband and the Lord on August 8, 2013.Frances was born on 27th August 1925 in Clinch County, Georgia. She was a graduate of Homerville High School, Homerville, Georgia and University of North Georgia / technical program Clarksville,Georgia. Her work career included several different jobs: manufacturing GE Radios, typing telegrams for Western Union, repairing airplanes at O & R NAS Jacksonville, Florida during World War II, making envelopes for Knight Brothers and Jim Walter Paper Companies and most treasured career of wife and mother. She was preceded in death by her parents: Simon and Gertrude Crews, her husband Hewitt A. Siemann, and two brothers, James and Oliver Crews. She is survived by one brother, Simon P. Crews,two daughters, Linda (Paul) Jones and Sandra (Owen) Hilchey, two grandchildren, Paul E. (Debbie) Jones, Jr. , and Olivia Hilchey, one great-granddaughter, Averi G. Jones.The family will receive friends at Corey Kerlin Funeral Home, 1426 Rowe Avenue, Jacksonville, Floridaon Saturday 17th August from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. . Funeral services to follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Jacksonville, Florida.
