Frank Leonardo Biffignani, 77, of Jacksonville, FL passed away Saturday, November, 7, 2020. He was born on October 21, 1943 in St. Louis, MO to Oreste and Santa Biffignani. He worked as a union electrician and was passionate about music, fishing, and family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Janine Biffignani and brothers, Joseph and Peter Biffignani. He is survived by his daughter, Monique Biffignani; son, Zach Biffignani; step-children, Janell Gunn, Karrie Sowards, and Brian Stahl; grand-children, Logan and Luca; and his brother Glen.
