Frankie was born April 2, 1960 in New York City. He had made Jacksonville his home for the last 20 years. Susan and Frankie were married May 24 1998 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Roberts Rosario, of Jacksonville; his mother, Elisa Rosario, of Puerto Rico; his sister, Elizabeth Rosario, and his brother, Harold Rosario, both of New York City; a niece, Alexa Rosa; and nephews, Sean and Reynaldo Rosa of Jacksonville.
He was dearly loved and will be sadly missed.
A Memorial service and Celebration of his life will be held for family and friends, Sunday December 21, 2014 from 1 to 3PM at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home 729 S Edgewood Ave, Jacksonville, Fl 32205, Father Augustine Jacob officiating.
