Frederick Clarkson, born August 10, 1928 in Corning, NY went home to be with the Lord on August 28, 2014. Fred was preceded in death by his loving wife Rosalee Clarkson. He is survived by his son, Dean Clarkson (Judy), daughter Rose Nettles(Barry), daughter-in-law Felecia Clarkson, grandchildren Sean (Kristi), Christie Ross (James), David Nettles, and Amy Anderson (Tadd); 9 great grandchildren; sister Rose Sonner; special close friend Peggy Rairden, and a host of loving relatives and friends. He was a faithful member of Southside Assembly of God and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd at Southside Assembly of God, 2118 Kings Ave. at 3 pm. officiated by Reverend Milton E. Dykes. In lieu of flowers, prayers, calls and cards would be greatly appreciated.
