Hazel Penny Dennis, 94, passed away on April 16th in Jacksonville, Fl. Hazel was a homemaker and mother to many. She was born in Hahira, GA to Mary Tyler and Madison Penny, the third children of seven. She is predeceased by her husband of 53 years, John Emory Dennis. Hazel is survived by her two sisters, Marguerite Menard and Iva Jean McCole, her three children John ( Ann), Jerry ( Kathy) and Penny ( David) her five grandchildren and ten great -grandchildren. A celebration of Hazel’s life will be held at St. John’s Cathedral 256 E. Church St. Jax. Fl. 32202, Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 1pm.
