LAMOUREUX- Henry Hernin Lamoureux, 86, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2020. Henry was born on August 29, 1933 in Providence, Rhode Island to the late Albert Lamoureux and Ernestine Barrette Lamoureux. In 1955 he married Diana Martin who became his wife of 64 years. A devoted husband to his wife Diana and an unswerving provider, father and family man, Henry was a devout Catholic who found joy in the love of God and his family and celebrated the simple things in life with a boundless sense of humor. Henry worked as a gas meter tester and refurbisher for the Providence gas company for 32 years. He also served our country in the United States Army. Henry is survived by his wife of 64 years, Diana; his daughter, Rose Lamoureux and her husband Jim DiMunno; his son Albert Lamoureux and his wife Diane; and his son Theodore Lamoureux and his wife Debra.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, August 6, 2020 at San Jose Catholic Church with Fr. Rodolfo Godinez, Celebrant. Interment will follow at the Jacksonville National Cemetery. Arrangements under the care of Corey-Kerlin Funeral home, 940 Cesery Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida.
