Heriberto "Erik" Santiago Gonzalez

Heriberto (Erik) Santiago Gonzalez peacefully passed away Friday, July 23, 2021 at his home in Jacksonville, Florida. He was born October 18, 1966 in Cataño Puerto Rico. He is survived by his parents: Andres Santiago and Julia Gonzalez; his wife: Laura De Jesus; daughters: Glorymar, Erika, and Keishla Santiago; step-children: Manny & Thomas; siblings: Andres (Junior), Julia (Maita), and Gloria Santiago; as well as grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Erik had a contagious, kind, and witty personality. His advices were profound, meaningful and often with a humorous twist. A kind man with nobility and a huge desire to help. As a man of strong Christian faith, he was dedicated to serving the Lord and participating in his church. He was devoted to his wife, daughters, grandchildren, and family. Family unity was his mission and goal.

Erik will be cremated at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Homes and Crematory in Jacksonville, Florida. His family will be planning a special ceremony to celebrate his life at a future date.

Heriberto (Erik) Santiago González falleció pacíficamente el Viernes 23 de Julio de 2021 en su casa en Jacksonville, Florida. Nació el 18 de Octubre de 1966 en Cataño Puerto Rico. Le sobreviven sus padres: Andrés Santiago y Julia González; su esposa: Laura De Jesús; hijas: Glorymar, Erika y Keishla Santiago; sus hijastros: Manny y Thomas; hermanos: Andrés (Junior), Julia (Maita) y Gloria Santiago; así como nietos, sobrinas y sobrinos.

Erik tenía una personalidad contagiosa, amable e ingeniosa. Sus consejos eran profundos, significativos y a menudo con un toque humorístico. Un hombre amable con nobleza y un enorme deseo de ayudar. Como hombre de fuerte fe cristiana, se dedicó a servir al Señor y a participar en su iglesia. Era un devoto de su esposa, hijas, nietos y familia. La unidad familiar era su misión y meta.

Erik será cremado en Corey-Kerlin funerarias y crematorio en Jacksonville, Florida. Su familia planeará una ceremonia especial para celebrar su vida en una fecha futura.
