Jack Louis Bledsoe Jr., age 64, passed away on September 12, 2016. He was born in Greensboro, N.C. to Jack Louis Bledsoe Sr. and Katherine Harris.
He is survived by two sons, Jack Louis Bledsoe III of Middleburg, FL and Joseph Michael Bledsoe of Jacksonville, FL and his granddaughter Makayla Bledsoe.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32207.
Arrangements are under the direction of Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home and Cemetery.
