

Jack “Dusten” Warren, 50, passed away on August 30, 2010 at home after a long battle of cancer. Dusten was born on October 28, 1959 in Olathe, Kansas and has been a resident of Jacksonville, Florida for many years. Dusten attended Ed White Senior High School. He was employed by Southern States Toyotalift, Jacksonville, Florida, where he worked beside his wife for the past 22 years. He was the son of Elma “Darlene” Warren, Middleburg, FL. and Jack Warren, Crestview, FL. He will be remembered as a loving and dedicated husband, son, brother, and dear friend to all who knew him. Dusten had a passion for fishing, spending time on his boat, playing with his two Rottweiler dogs, Sammy and Jr. He loved playing his guitar and was always playing jokes on his Mama and his Sister. His greatest joy was spending time with his wife and sitting with her at the boat dock in the afternoon. Dusten loved his family and will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 27 years, Janice Oglesby Warren; mother, Elma “Darlene” Warren, Middleburg, FL; father, Jack Warren, Crestview, FL.; sister, Tiea Marie Mead (Jim), Middleburg, FL.; several sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws; nieces, and nephews. He also leaves behind a host of family and friends. The family visitation to greet friends will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2010 from 10:00am until 11:00am at Hardage-Giddens Edgewood Funeral Home, 729 S. Edgewood Ave., Jacksonville, FL, 32205. A Memorial Service will follow at 11:00am, Saturday, September 4, 2010 in the Chapel of Hardage-Giddens Edgewood Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers you may send memorials to your local American Cancer Society.
